Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Konawe Utara tengah giat melakukan evaluasi terhadap standar pelayanan guna memastikan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat dan pengusaha (Kamis/27/06/2024). Evaluasi ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen DPMPTSP Konawe Utara dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam memberikan layanan kepada seluruh stakeholders.
Kepala DPMPTSP Konawe Utara Ir. Sofian Syahrul, ST., MM., menjelaskan bahwa evaluasi dilakukan secara komprehensif, meliputi peninjauan terhadap berbagai prosedur pelayanan seperti waktu penanganan permohonan, kualitas interaksi antara petugas dengan pemohon, kelengkapan dokumen yang diperlukan serta kesesuaian dengan peraturan diatasnya. Tujuan utama dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah strategis guna meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan dan kemudahan akses pelayanan.
Ir. Sofian Syahrul, ST., MM., juga menekankan pentingnya transparansi dan partisipasi publik dalam proses evaluasi ini. “Kami mengundang masukan dan saran dari masyarakat serta pihak terkait untuk memastikan bahwa perbaikan yang dilakukan benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka,” ujar Ir. Sofian. Hasil dari evaluasi ini nantinya akan menjadi dasar untuk penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut guna memperbaiki proses dan prosedur pelayanan yang ada. DPMPTSP berharap bahwa dengan adanya evaluasi ini, mereka dapat terus meningkatkan standar pelayanan mereka sehingga dapat menjadi lembaga yang lebih responsif dan terpercaya bagi masyarakat dan pengusaha di Kabupaten Konawe Utara.
