Wanggudu,– Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Ir. Sofian Syahrul, ST., MM., menerima kunjungan tim Ombudsman dalam rangka penilaian penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik standar pelayanan pengaduan dan perizinan tahun 2024. Kunjungan tersebut berlangsung di kantor DPMPTSP Konawe Utara, pada hari Selasa, 2 Juli 2024.
Kunjungan tim Ombudsman yang terdiri dari sdr. Untung dan sdr. Rahmat Budi Arfa selaku Asisten Ombudsman RI didampingi oleh Koordinator Sub Bagian Pelayanan Publik Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Baharuddin Ambo Dangko, S.Si., Kepala Bidang Pengaduan, Kebijakan, dan Pelaporan Layanan, Asgar, SKM., MM., Analis Pengaduan, Hasfan Mahaputra, S.IP., dan Analis Dokumen Perizinan, Jody Natakusuma, S.AP. Tujuan dari kunjungan ini adalah untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap standar pelayanan pengaduan dan perizinan yang telah diterapkan oleh DPMPTSP Konawe Utara dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Ir. Sofian Syahrul, ST., MM., menyambut baik kunjungan tim Ombudsman tersebut. Beliau menyatakan, “Kami sangat terbuka untuk menerima masukan dan saran dari Ombudsman dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Kami berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang kami berikan kepada masyarakat.”
Selama kunjungan tersebut, tim Ombudsman melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses pelayanan publik yang telah dilaksanakan oleh DPMPTSP Konawe Utara, termasuk penanganan pengaduan dan perizinan. Hasil penilaian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan pelayanan publik di masa yang akan datang.
Kunjungan tim Ombudsman ke DPMPTSP Konawe Utara merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Indonesia, serta memastikan bahwa standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan dapat terus ditingkatkan demi kepentingan masyarakat.
