Wanggudu- Bahwa dalam proses Perizinan sekarang sudah tidak diragukan lagi, dengan berbagai Inovasi semua Lembaga/ Kementrian dan Pemerintah Daerah bagaimana berupaya mempercepat penerbitan Izin dalam mempermudah Investasi. Namun harus diikiuti dengan Pengawasan yg Ketat. Demikian disampaikan Bupati Konawe Utara H. Ruksamin dihadapan Sekjen Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan yg mewakili Menteri Kehutanan RI sebagai Nara Sumber pada Rakornas Investasi pada Kementrian Investasi/BKPM RI tahun 2023 pada tanggal 07 Desember 2023.
“Jangan sampai Indoesia maju tapi Konawe Utara hancur, kalau misalnya target investasi digenjot terus, maka daerah kami akan hancur” ujar Bupati Ruksamin. Salah satu tawaran solusi yang disampaikan oleh Bupati Ruksamin terkait penambangan di daerah adalah dengan memaksimalkan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan reklamasi pasca penambangan. “Saya ingin sarankan agar jangan coba-coba dikeluarkan RKAB tahun selanjutnya sebelum diselesaikan masalah lingkunganya, paling tidak kita reklamasi dulu, beri kesempatan kepada kami pemerintah daerah untuk menyelamatkan daerah, karna kalau terjadi banjir mohon maaf pak, Perusahaan tidak akan ada disitu, pasti bupati yang turun duluan memberikan bantuan” papar beliau dihadapan Sekjen Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan yang disambut applause peserta yang hadir.
Reklamasi pertambangan adalah proses pemulihan dan rehabilitasi lahan bekas pertambangan agar dapat digunakan kembali atau dikembalikan pada kondisi alaminya setelah kegiatan penambangan selesai atau dihentikan. Tujuan utama dari reklamasi tambang adalah untuk mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan akibat penambangan dan memulihkan lahan agar dapat berfungsi kembali untuk berbagai keperluan seperti pertanian, kehutanan, rekreasi atau konservasi alam. Reklamasi tambang merupakan bagian penting dari praktek penambangan yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Hal ini membantu mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat lokal, serta meningkatkan penggunaan kembali lahan yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk pertambangan. Reklamasi ini juga dapat membantu memulihkan ekosistem alami yang terkena dampak aktivitas pertambangan.
“Silahkan mau berapa ribu hektar mau dibuka, mau berapa ton yang mau di angkut, tapi tolong jangan membuka lahan yang baru lagi sebelum diselesaikan reklamasinya, beri juga kesempatan kepada kami untuk melakukan pengawasan” ujar beliau seraya mengakhiri saran dan masukan kepada narasumber.
Sebagaimana diketahui Bupati Konawe Utara H. Ruksamin mendapat undangan kehormatan mengikuti Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) Investasi Tahun 2023 yang mengusung tema “Investasi berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan”.
Rakornas tersebut digelar oleh Kementerian Investasi/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) yang dibuka langsung oleh Presiden Joko Widodo, di Balai Kartini Jakarta. Rakornas ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka mengharmonisasikan kebijakan dan menyatukan visi terkait target investasi Nasional. Selain Bupati Konawe Utara, 5 kepala daerah dari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara juga mendapat kehormatan diundang dalam Rakornas Investasi ini, serta 240 bupati dan walikota daerah padat investasi se-Indonesia.
5 Kepala Daerah dari Sultra tersebut yakni Wilikota Kendari, Walikota Bau – Bau, Bupati Bombana, Bupati Konawe Selatan, dan Bupati Kolaka. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Ruksamin Juga didampingi oleh Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Konawe Utara Ir. Sofian Syahrul, ST., MM., Sekretaris Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Konawe Utara Alex Akhlis, S.Hut., M.P.W.K. serta Analis Perencanaan Suprapto, S.Si., M.Ap.
