Sebagai upaya menciptakan iklim investasi yang baik di wilayah Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Konawe Utara (DPMPTSP Kab. Konut) yang merupakan pilar utama perizinan berusaha di Kabupaten Konawe Utara terus melakukan komunikasi kepada seluruh pelaku usaha agar tercipta iklim investasi yang kondusif.
Atas dasar tersebutlah Selasa (28/11/2023) DPMPTSP Konawe Utara menerima kunjungan Tim Ahli Pendirian Smelter Kawasan Industri (KI) Motui PT. ISN., yang diwakili oleh saudara Adi, Dema, Irvan dan Dede.
Kunjungan tersebut merupakan rangkaian dari proses pendirian Smelter Kawasan Industri (KI) Motui. Dalam kunjungan tersebut Tim ahli Pendirian Smelter Kawasan Industri (KI) Motui melakukan wawancara terkait apa saja kewenangan DPMPTSP Konawe Utara dalam proses pendirian Smelter Kawasan Industri (KI) Motui. Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Perizinan dan Nonperizinan, Wisna Wardani, SH., ME., selaku pejabat yang mewakili DPMPTSP Konawe Utara dalam acara tersebut menyampaikan bahwa DPMPTSP Konawe Utara mendukung penuh terkait Pembangunan Smelter Kawasan Industri di Kec. Motui.
“Kami (DPMPTSP Konut) mendukung seluruh Investasi yang masuk di Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Selama investasi tersebut membawa kemanfaatan kepada Masyarakat, pasti kami dukung, termasuk Pembangunan Smelter Kawasan Industri di Kec. Motui yang peletakan batu pertamnya sudah dilakukan oleh bapak Wakil Presiden KH.Ma’ruf Amin”, Ujar wisna.
Terkait apa saja kewenangan DPMPTSP Konawe Utara dalam proses pendirian Smelter Kawasan Industri (KI) Motui pada dasarnya untuk pengurusan izin menjadi kewenangan pemerintah pusat, sedangkan yang menjadi kewenangan kabupaten salahsatu yang akan diterbitkan yaitu Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG).
“Pada dasarnya untuk pengurusan izin menjadi kewenangan pemerintah pusat, sedangkan yang menjadi kewenangan kabupaten salahsatu yang akan diterbitkan yaitu Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) dan Pengawasan saja”, ujar wisna lebih lanjut.
Sebagaimana diketahui PBG adalah Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung atau perizinan yang diwajibkan kepada para pemilik banguan gedung dalam membangun atau mengembangkan propertinya.Sesuai dengan PP Nomor 16 Tahun 2021 Pasal 1 Poin 17, PBG adalah perizinan yang diberikan kepada pemilik bangunan untuk membangun baru, memperluas, mengurangi, dan/atau merawat bangunan gedung sesuai dengan standar teknis bangunan gedung.
Sementara itu Kadis DPMPTSP Konawe Utara Ir.Sofian Syahrul, ST.,MM. menyampaikan bahwa daerah sangat mendukung pendirian Smelter Kawasan Industri Motui, karena hal tersebut akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat bukan hanya Masyarakat konawe utara saja, tapi juga Masyarakat secara luas,
“pada prinsipnya kami sangat mendukung pembangunan smelter ini, karna ini untuk kepentingan Masyarakat luas”, ujar Ir. Sofian melalui saluran WA.
